         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li><p>After <strong>like / love / hate / prefer</strong>, you can use <strong>both gerund (-ing)</strong> and <strong>infinitive (to + verb)</strong>.</p></li><li><p>The <strong>meaning is usually the same</strong>, but:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Gerund (-ing)</strong> is more <strong>general and natural</strong>: <em>I like swimming.</em> (in general)</p></li><li><p><strong>Infinitive (to + verb)</strong> is sometimes more <strong>specific or formal</strong>: <em>I like to swim in the mornings.</em> (specific situation)</p></li></ul></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><p>Step 1 – Choose Your Focus</p><p>Decide whether you want to talk about:</p><ul><li><p>A close friend (qualities that make a good or bad friend)</p></li><li><p>A partner (qualities that make a healthy or unhealthy relationship)</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Step 2 -Make two lists (20 in total):</p><ul><li><p>Green Flags: qualities you value (things you like or love)</p></li><li><p>Red Flags: qualities you reject (things you hate or prefer to avoid)</p></li></ul><p><br/></p><p>Step 3 – Read the explanation in the yellow note.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Step 4- Express the ideas from your List using  Gerunds and Infinitives.
