         <description><![CDATA[<div>Premier Inn, formerly known as Travel Inn then Premier Travel Inn, was founded in 1987 and it is owned by Whitbread. In 2005 Whitbread bought another hotel chain “Premier Lodge”. By 2007, they merged both hotel chains and shortened it to “Premier Inn”. It is the largest hotel chain with over 50,000 rooms and 700 hotels across the UK and Ireland. They also have hotels internationally with five hotels in the Middle East and three in India and are looking to expand by 2018. </div><div> </div><div>Premier Inn prides themselves with comfort and excellent customer service. They believe every customer should have a great night sleep and make them feel brilliant. This is through their promise of a “Good Night Guarantee”. This is only offered by Premier Inn making them unique and the only hotel chain to offer a full refund if the customer’s need is not met. </div><div> </div><div>   <br><br></div>]]></description>

Also the customer has a seamless experience.<br><br></div><div>By the Rant &amp; Rave 1.6 million emails are sent every month. On the day reminder text messages helps to reduce the no-shows by the 20% that generates high profit in savings. After help the customers to find their way an optional offers reserved a table at the on-site restaurant. In a year’s more than 84.000 table booking were made through these text messages. The competitive advantages are the right communication, at the right time to boost the costumer experience, also engaged customers to come back and, increase customer’s loyalty.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>MarketMan Stock and Wastage system is used by the Premier Inn hotel for placing orders and monitoring stock and wastage. The system is semi-automatic and to place an order, a manager must go to the suppliers page where a list of company approved items will appear. For other items and new products the Purchasing Manager need special approval from the head office.The system is connected to the front of the house Tills system and control the level of stock and the alerts in real time so the manager can decide how much to order. The daily wastage is recorded at the end of every shift which help the stock levels to be accurate. The record is used by managers to plan strategy of reducing wastage.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>WIW is the system that organises the payroll for staff. Every four weeks from the last payment, the system will automatically do the payment for all the staff. The system will also allow management to create rotas and input the actual worked hours. The system monitors the sales and compare them with the sales from previous years. The manager will then use this as a base to determine if the hotel is overstaffed. It will also will help management to predict the right number of staff and to create the rota with two weeks in advance. The system helps the Food and Beverage managers and hotel managers to create a fair rota and to avoid sending the staff home due to low sales. The system is used and monitored by head office who will contact the HR department if the personnel levels are too high or too low. If it is too high, the HR department will contact the hotel managers with the request to cut working hours. If it is too low, HR will try to offer more working hours to the existing staff or to start the recruitment process for the positions needed.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
