         <description><![CDATA[<div>Having now  spent a couple of weeks in hospital the idea of the total institution becomes clearer.  Hospitals are like machines.  This one finely tuned on appearances.<br>First thing in the morning catering come through with drinks then breakfast,  followed by nurses doing their observations.  Next up the doctors (bosses?).  Then lunch, more observations, scans, xrays, blah blah blah.  Institution life. <br><br></div>]]></description>
