A recent example of Sheila putting her super powers into action is her assistance with an appeals claim. After struggling with a difficult claim, the next step was to write a formal letter which was new to me. Sheila offered her expertise as well as valuable, constructive advice which resulted in an approval and gained Southwest Health a large insurance claim! Sheila is always so willing to help our department and share her knowledge which betters everyone around her. She is invaluable to me, our department, and Southwest Health as a whole.
