2. 10 mins prep time- spend equal time reading aloud as well as thinking about the picture.

3. Look for the theme/link between the passage and the picture. Is it about transport? The elderly? Environment? Technology? Family? Entertainment? The arts? Sports and keeping fit? Food? What possible questions might you be asked?

4. When you read aloud, enunciate the sounds in the word. Read with good pace. Pause at the right moments. Stress important words and syllables. Be expressive (modulate your tone)!

5. During the Spoken Interaction section, take your time to think about your answer before responding. Stay calm. Speak in full, grammatical sentences. Say "I think/ feel/ believe...." Always elaborate on your answer by explaining what you mean and why.

6. DO NOT use "like". DISLIKE!
