We have two point of views 
The first one is that the in the future technology will help us to have better life, space exploration and colonization will become more feasible and actively pursued, potentially leading to the establishment of settlements on other planets or moons, with the work, the way we move around the world, different of the way we are doing from here to ten years, it includes the communication.
But obviously that has negative impact on our world, an example of it is the addition that the technological world generates, the robots are evolution so fast and it affects our social life, how them replace us, because automation will take over many jobs previously performed by humans, and environment that we all know it is not going to be livable, because of pollution and contamination, virtual and augmented reality technologies will advance and become more widely adopted, changing the way people work and interact with each other.

These are just some possibilities, and of course, the future is very unpredictable for us, we just hope that everything become better and it help us a lot specially with our environment.

If we continue on this path, in the future the world will become like the movie Wall-e, everything will be filled with garbage and life on earth will be impossible, as the earth will become uninhabitable, we will have to go to live in space in a kind of ship, the bad thing is that this can only be paid by millionaires, and poor people or those who can not afford this will die in a dead earth.
