What Is The ROSE Award?

The ROSE Award (Recognition of Outstanding Sim Excellence) is our CSU’s very own award dedicated to the brilliant work of our staff.

Every other month, we hold a special awards ceremony, where winners (chosen by our senior ROSE panel), are honoured for their hard work and recognised for what they do to make our services the best they can be. Winners are presented with a certificate, special rose pin & a shout out in our staff newsletter. Special guests from Trust Leadership often make an appearance to present the awards and congratulate our winners, too!
