First of all, i was been introduced to doctor (DR. S. KARTHEEGAYSON) and other colleague by head staff. They also give a brief about my task that must be done and advised to help the patients with all hearts. In this clinic, we did not have to wear uniform so we just can wear casual dress which is suitable to be wear.  

For this week, the head staff asked to learn the basic things such as registration, find card and ext. First task is to do registration and i am very excited to start my day here. I hope will learn a lot valuable things while working here.

I went to sharp at 8.30 am and since there is no punch card system in this clinic we just need to write attendance in book. My very first task that morning is to clean by sweep the floor to keep the clinic clean and safe before patients arrive. Doctor will arrive clinic at 9.30 so, before that all the works must be done completely and neatly.

I went to clinic sharp 2.30 pm and first thing i did was rearrange all the things on table. Doctor and head staff arrived on 2.45 pm after one patient came.

 Today i learn to do registration. When patient give their identity card i have to write their information the card for reference to doctor so he know further details of his patient. Doctor will write down the patient diagnose and medicine prescription as record.

It is my fifth day working here. Today i am working in morning shift. As usual i arrived at clinic 8.30 am with one of my colleague. After open the clinic, we sweep floor, throw rubbish and make tea for doctor. Then, while waiting for patient come my colleague teach me some medicine name. 

Today i learned about medicine which is Paracetamol, Ibuprofen, Dymenate, Diclofenac Sodium and many more. Then five patients came to clinic for treatment. I prepared medicine for them like my colleague teach me as doctor prescription. I have learned something new  today.

After that doctor arrive around 9.30 am and two patients come for treatment. Today i get chance to assist doctor inside when give patients treatment. Then my colleague teach me to arrange cards according patients name. It was quiet difficult because first time i doing it because it must be done correctly so that easier when find card. If the card is lost, it is difficult for doctor find out patients diagnose. Finally, i learned it more better. In a while, doctor came and start doing his work. At 10.00 am five patients came for treatment. I did medicine for them as doctor's prescription. 

After that, i was asked to record book to keep record of all medicine, patients and dose of medicine given to patients. The head staff taught me to do record book. Today i get chance to work in night shift. This clinic usually closed on Sunday and Monday will be working day. Night start from 6.30 pm until 9.30 pm. I went to work 6.15 pm a bit early. After that i throw rubbish into dustbin, rearrange all things and prepared gauze and nibotin if need to handle dressing cases. My colleague teach how to prepared it. 

I can learn many new things which is useful for me. After that, two patients came for treatment . Then we give medicine to patient and explain to them how much dose and what time they should take the medicine as doctor's prescription

It is already eighth day and still got few more days i have to work here. Today i get to work in morning shift. Well i reached clinic around 8.30 am and as usual i do my daily chores which is sweep the floor, throw rubbish and rearrange things.  

After 9.30 am doctor arrived, then got seven patients waiting. One of them had a severe injuries and need stitches. Doctor and head staff take over that cases. After that, i prepared medicine for him and explain him how to consume that medicine.

After that, five patients came for treatment and i prepared medicine for them. Before i give medicine to patients, i will show medicine to head staff to be checked. 

After finished it, my colleague  taught me to find cards. If patients came for treatment i must find card according to name in their identity card. I must find it properly and hand in to doctor so he can write patient's diagnose on that card.

Today my work on morning and start on 8.30 am. I worked with my two colleague so we divided our work so it would be easier to be done. I swept the floor and throw rubbish and other work done by my colleagues. 

Today a lot of patients wait to see doctor. There is 10 patients early in morning. After doctor arrived, one by one patients went to see him and still five more patients waiting for him. After all patients finished consulted doctor, i was removing ticket from card. I have remove ticket from card and write the price of medicine for each patients to be kept as record. It was a tiring day for me but i still enjoyed working there.

Today i get to work  again in morning shift. I start my work as well sweep the floor, throw rubbish and sterile operation equipment. I work with two of my colleague today. Around 9.30 am six patients register their name to see doctor. Doctor arrived 9.45 am and start doing his work. I called the patients inside and assist doctor. 

Later on, after giving medicine to patients, head staff teach me arrange cards. Every day, she will teach new things to me.I feel thankful because each day i gain new experience and knowledge. I have to arrange all the cards into shelves according to name and races so it would be easier to find card when needed.

Today i get chance to work afternoon shift. I went to work on 2.30 pm sharp as usual. For the time being, there is no patients so, i just arranged all medicine in shelves. Today medicine was delivered. Around seven types of medicine with gauze, bandage was sent. I arrange all the medicine according to name so when preparing medicine it would be easier. 
 
At 3.30 pm three patients came for treatment and i prepared medicine for them. I can understand doctor's writing little bit and can prepared medicine by alone. But after prepared it i will show to head staff for a check then will give medicine to doctor. It is almost 4.40 pm when all patients went out after seeing doctor. We all went back 5.00 pm.

Today i work with two of my colleagues. We divided our work. I throw rubbish into dustbin, sweep floor and arrange things. My other colleague mop floor and the other make tea for doctor. 

Today we take extra effort to clean doctor' s table and place to be clean and tidy. I arrange all doctor's things, books, and document at right place. Injection and medicine all i kept in right place so when doctor want use it, would easy for him. I handle it carefully so it would not broken. 

After 9.30 am, doctor arrived and he read books or do something while waiting for patients. Later on, seven patients waited for see doctor and all patients went out, just did my regular work. After 12.30 pm, we all went back after completing our work.

I went to work sharp 8.30 am with my colleagues. As usual we start doing our work early. I sweep floor, arrange all things, and make tea for doctor. As today is my last day here i want to do my work with completely and neatly. At 9.30 am doctor arrived and start to do his work. Later on, ten patients came for treatment and i am the one assist doctor. I always help patients with my full heart and patient. 

Since it is my last day here, i take some pictures with my colleague Kak Zuraidah, Priya and Gauthami who helped me a lot when i was working. They were so nice to me and always teach me all work. I really thanked me them a lot. Next, i really thanked to head staff, Kak Linda and Dr. Kartheegayson because they accept me to do SIEP there and guide me when working there. The doctor is really awesome person i ever met. He also taught some medicine and their usage which is new knowledge for me. 

Lastly, when going back they all hugged me and i thanked them for their kindness towards me. As i was working here there is a lot of things i have learned and enhance my knowledge. That all from me. Thank you.
