         <description><![CDATA[<div>As educators we must hold on to a glass half full approach with our students and staff.  It assists with creating great rapport and culture within our halls.  It must be purpose driven, and we must reflect on our purpose prior to instruction.  That stated, there's many moving pieces in all of our lives, and we need to ensure we are showing up at our best each day...a simple purpose statement can help clear our minds when we step into the classroom (or workspace).</div>]]></description>
