         <description><![CDATA[<p>Challenges:</p><p>There can be difference of opinion among the group of students. </p><p>Some students can be too opinionated </p><p>Lack of confidence </p><p>Low self esteem </p><p>Not interested </p><p>Only listening and not much interractive </p><p>Fear of being judged</p><p><br/></p><p>Solution: </p><p>List different opinions and find one solution </p><p>Advising to listen and value others opinions </p><p>Creating a friendly environment and encouraging them to interact. </p><p>Helping the students inbuilt confidence by talking privately. </p><p>Trying to make the topic more interesting, according to their understanding. </p><p>Helping them to concentrate in the discussion.</p><p>Talk out and help them interact without being judged. </p>]]></description>
