She played soccer while growing up. That was one thing she truly loved the most. She graduated from high school on June 9, 2018. As fall came about, she left home and went to start her new chapter at Gannon University. She Majored in Business Administration and Management minor in Political Science. She got her Bachelors degree and graduated in 2022. She was so good that she became the main topic all around Toronto. During one of her games at the Veltan Stadium against the Gliders, Shukuru Lusi was being watched by the head coach of Canada's National Team. She was then recruited to join Canada's national team. She was the youngest on the team so it was hard to keep up with the others. She worked hard everyday and every night to pursue her dream. She knew that the World Cup was quickly approaching and she wanted to make the team that was going to compete. Her coach was always watching her and recognized the drive she had and selected her to go. in 2024 The world had begun. She was always in the starting 11. Her coach trusted her abilities and she made sure she didn't disappoint. Shukuru scored 11 goals in their first opening match against Cuba. The whole nation was in shock. Canada played their hardest and advanced to the finals. Canada was able to advanced to the championship after taking down the U.S.A. On the day of the championship, Shukuru and her teammates were really nervous since they were going against the biggest team in the world, Germany. They played both quarters and nobody scored. They even went overtime and still, nobody scored. They then went into penalty kicks. Germany was winning by one point. Canada went up and scored which caused both teams to tie. It was Shukuru's turn. She was scared because all the pressure was on her, it all depended on her now. She erased her thoughts and went for it. She was able to score the penalty and led her team into winning the World Cup. She was happy and thought to herself, " all of my hard work have paid  off. Mom, Dad... I did it".

Since Shukuru knew that she has always had a thing for business, she went ahead and started looking for a job. She wanted to start another career besides soccer. After putting out applications for two weeks, she was recruited by Namlusi Group to be the head manager. Namlusi Group is a company that creates different kinds of clothing’s, cars, and foods. They looked at her application and saw how good she would serve and benefit their company. She was interested in what they had to offer and since the money was also good, she accepted the offer and went ahead to be the head manager of Namlusi Group.

He went by the name of RM. He was a South Korean boy who she fell in love with at first sight. She did not expect him to also fall deeply in love with her too, but he did. He was a rapper, songwriter, and record producer. He was the Leader of a South Korean Boy Group, BTS. Shukuru had gone out of town to just enjoy some alone time in New York City. After she arrived she settled in a hotel. She planned to stay there for at least 2 weeks. Since she liked reading,  she had gone to the library to see what she might find there. She chose a romantic book by the name of “My Sunflower”. She found a space in the back of the library where people didn’t go. She went to sit down and started reading. Twenty five minutes passed when someone came and sat down next to her, she lifted her head up and their eyes met. They started engaging in a conversation that took them to the next level. They exchanged phone numbers and always talked on the phone almost every other day. One month later they became so close and went ahead to become best friends. Namjoon was the first to confess his feelings, but he already how Shukuru felt. He asked her out on a date and she agreed. They went ahead and dated for the next 2 years. They were so in love that the bond they had developed was unbreakable.

Shukuru had always believed that she would achieve the happiness she deserves one day. She went through a lot growing up and she never expected to be as successful as she got. She never imagined to ever get married to the guy she wanted. Despite everything that went on in her life she kept the vision of believing that one day, just one day everything will be fine and she will not only be successful, but happy. She believed in herself that she can do it and she did.
