If not, try searching the title and author using Google Scholar (also linked on this page).          <description><![CDATA[<p>A mixed bag.  Best used in conjunction with PubMed.  Will turn up some low-quality results from fake or obscure journals.  But used carefully, can provide access to lots of quality <b>journal articles</b>. If you search the article title directly, Google Scholar can often can help you get <b>full text (PDF)</b> of an article that is otherwise available only as an abstract.</p><p><a href="http://scholar.google.com/">http://scholar.google.com/</a></p>]]></description>
