I think I handle it very well, since sometimes I tend to get stressed over little things, like getting up very early to go to work, since it is very cold in the mornings, and I get stressed in the same way. when I drive and there is a lot of traffic since it is already a habit that I have to accept and move on, the most important thing about how to manage my stress is playing soccer, listening to music, reading books and the most fundamental thing is sharing with the family.</div>]]></description>
