Lockdown and co-supporting/delivering WGs remotely meant that I worked more collaboratively with other WG leads. Could there be a more formal way of encouraging WG leads within Central to co-plan or at least discuss their plans for delivery. This happened far more with developing mastery. We respond swiftly when given advice or direction from NCETM, seek out advice and support and act on it by attending National Days, and e-mail NCETM AD's when needing guidance on planning, delivery or evaluation. 
We respond to DfE requests e.g. when DfE representatives with to visit, we ensure we can facilitate this.  This year a Lead Evaluator visited a TRG, both TfM Leads ensured that we were available to support this Specialist being observed and the visit itself.  
We took part in the Peer to Peer Review - with SHAW.
