         <title>Mug Brownie</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm a chocolate fan - and here's one I do way too often:<br><br>1/4 c flour<br>1/4c brown sugar<br>1/8c cocoa powder<br>Mix in a mug (break up the brown sugar) and make a well in the middle.<br>Add:<br>1/8c milk<br>1/8c oil (I use canola)<br>dribble of vanilla<br>dash of salt<br>stir together, making sure to mix in all the dry stuff off the bottom.<br>Microwave for 50 seconds - 1 minute. Let sit for a minute. For extra YUM, add a dollop of whipping cream.<br>-Mrs. Leismeister<br><br></div>]]></description>
