Their online access is confined to asynchronous platforms, mainly WhatsApp due to weak connection.
2- Main barriers can be outlined in the following factors :
- Weak connection.
- High cost of Internet services.
- Digital illiteracy.
3- My plan to help :
- Using platforms that are both synchronous and asynchronous.
- Choosing the appropriate time for connection. ( Apart from the rush hours when there is an overload on the Internet service )
