  • Candice - Volunteer Bus/Shuttle Drivers – Park owns a couple buses/shuttles and we have a formal volunteer driver program; we can bring groups out more easily and also use these to shuttle staff between park sites without needing additional funding (it would be built in to budget) 
  • Shelagh - Partner with Blazing Saddles to teach youth, such as Home Away, to bike 
  • Shelagh - Tool storage for Black Point – partnership with SF Maritime  
  • Price – Suite of programming; Ex one focused on caring – caring for yourself, for each other, and the world; community science 
  • Monica – Have a physical space that serves as a community center; aligns with bus stops 
  • Clara – Dedicated classroom, ideally one in each county; ticketed events (cb missed these details)  
  • Deanna – Have a community center where visitors can come to get materials, ask questions; Each team at the Conservancy in the park would have their own operations manager with pay equity; Retail would have telework hours to check emails and attend trainings  
  • Natalie - “art” in the gardens – plays, music, skate parties; designate a space for Ohlone gardening; site of conscience 
  • Yakuta- co-create programming with the community  
  • Price – Time to volunteer with orgs we support (paid time not just using our personal days) 
  • Mackenzie – ensuring there are jobs for interns to apply to post-internship 
  • Jen – roving ranger and Tam Van materials overhaul  
  • Kate – More people trained to take the RR out
