         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Using pre-assessments to see where all of your learners are individually (regular assessment).&nbsp;<br>2) If we want teachers to be able to successfully do differentiated reading instruction they need the help and support of resources, materials, additional help, specialists, tutors, colleagues, etc.<br>3) Remembering to look not only at students that are low-performing but also those that are high-achieving and give them the same opportunities.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
