Spirituality Belief

According to Taking Charge.com, Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. Everyone's definition and spirituality is different. To me spirituality is nothing. It’s a blank space. I don’t believe in any god. In religion for the past two years I never normally listen and I sleep when we are meant to meditate. This year I am aiming to listen more and participate in meditation. To others I believe it’s a way of comfort and stress relief and it may be their whole life. Everything depends on their belief and their way of spirituality. I do believe in the Catholic God and that he created the world and everything in it but I don`t believe he created human life. I don`t follow him but I do know he is known by all spiritual followers.

Hallelujah is a song about praising the lord. In 1984, the song is originally by Leonard Cohen but I decided to use this cover by Hanna Trigwell as her voice is much calmer, softer and slower. The song explains that not many kids follow a God or spirituality. Also explains how small or big your belief is, it is still counted to God.

'You have been told, O Mortal, what is good; And what does Yahweh require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with God?' This passage from global spirituality i believe means that people who believe in a type of God will live forever and never be sick.

The stages and rituals of this include:
- you must develop a holistic spirituality that is balanced.

- as well as being immersed in our own private prayer we must be immersed in the prayer of the world or “hear the cry of the poor”.

- To become attuned to the “cry of the poor” we need to listen with the heart.

- We need to look beyond the media and put ourselves in the oppressed shoes and bring these experiences to prayer.

- We are not asked to save the world but to transform the world by starting with our own point of reality.

Global Spirituality teaches us to be mindful and respectful of the world around us.
