Propaganda played a huge role in the shaping of the American opinion of the war. All kinds of signs were made to promote supporting the war such as signs for victory gardens and liberty bonds. The government made a whole committee to make propaganda to shove in the country’s face. It was called the Committee on Public Information, or the CPI.
WORKS CITED:
Baker, Brittany.
