We have worked hard to develop strong relationships with teachers, administrators and policy makers. We have headed up initiatives & partnerships to increase CS education across the state with a focus on Native American-serving schools. We have developed a microcredential for Culturally Responsive Pedagogy in CS in order to help educators that are working with with indigenous students to include these important pedagogical approaches. We are also partners on a Navajo Tech University project, Let's Talk Code, helping develop teacher PDs so that the faculty and undergrads that can ultimately become the voice of CS education for their communities. We were also core partners on the inaugural, and very successful, 4 Corners CS Convening with over 150 educators attending to learn more about CS education for Native American students. I look forward to the Roundtable and other opportunities to share and learn.
