         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the beverly diet is not the best diet. You wouldn’t be able to get all the vitamins and proteins that re your body needs. This diet would be a concern because of a lack of nutritional adequacy.  The body requires many different vitamins and minerals that are crucial for both body development and preventing disease. This cannot be acquired with this diet because they are almost starving themselves.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
