This already existing process could be expanded by offering ways for people to visit their loved ones i.e. on scuba tours, or on trips by boat, which could be part of a cathartic grieving process. Another idea is for people to opt in if they like to a kind of newsletter - an update on the development of their loved one's reef ball and how it has impacted the environment (ie pictures of how fish have made it their home). For some people, it may be nice to have a reminder of how their loved one continues to positively impact the world after death.

Of course, there would have to be extensive monitoring and evaluation to make sure that the recipient of this therapy is always aware to a certain degree that this is NOT their loved one coming back
