We have had several different SIP chairs, so this year the admin team will more clearly define the role of the SIP chair so that this is a leadership role that is meaningful on this team and in the school.  One way SIP chairs have shared responsibility int he past by being a spokesperson for the leadership team, and sends out communication to the entire staff.</div>]]></description>
