In a poll through the Annenberg Public Policy Center, it was found that 90 percent of Native Americans were not offended by the Redskins name. So why is it that people are trying to have it changed? Well, here's a reason of why, "White America has spoken. You aren't offended, so we'll be offended for you." Changes to the Redskins name should not be made based on a word or name that does not even offend the people it's representing. The name should only be changed if the owner of the team wants to change the name and that is who should have the final say as long as it is not offending the main group.
