Hunger and Poverty is huge in Kentucky, people are trying to fix this problem and lower the percentage of hunger. Kentucky was one of eight states to see an increase in students participating in summer nutrition programs, it still provided lunches to fewer than 1 in 10 children. Many people are coming together for a good cause to put a stop to hunger and poverty to make peoples lives a lot better without worrying about their health and a place to live.

Schools are the last things that kids look to because they cant eat at home. they eat the lunch at school while at home they get no meals. So the last frontier is like the students last option to do about their hunger and poverty, a place to eat and a place to stay for only of couple of hours.

even students are trying to put a stop to this, they went on "hunger strike" They were pressuring theirs schools to allow their students to donate unused meal plan to those who needs food and are hungry. this shows that everyone shows a little bit of support for people going through this right now and that people want to help and that we should all put an end to hunger and poverty.
