    Allow schools to do what is meaningful and purposeful, and discard what takes pain and effort and may not work e.g., Centre of excellence, NLC, Learning Fest, etc… Connection, sharing and collaboration must not be forced. Creativity and innovation is to do more with less. Honor the loss respectfully
