Addressing City Centre Congestion: Barcelona's Superblocks

By taking a cluster of city blocks and closing off the insides to big vehicles like trucks (and forcing them to drive along the perimeter of these 'superblocks), Barcelona city is reducing air pollution while increasing the area for pedestrians to walk on. Inside the superblock, speed limit is at 10km/h.

There's greater street space for outdoor activities, markets and events :)

Paris sealed off famous streets such as the Rue de Rivoli to most traffic, creating a low-traffic zone. They had also created low-emission zone to exclude older cars, and established 1,000km (620 miles) of bike route to allow Parisians to cycle, especially during peak hours.

pollution is a global problem of which everybody can do a part to help to prevent. of which is a pic of a landfill which is a place specially for people's trash and unwanted, undegradable things. we can do our part to help prevent it with little to no impact on our daily lives. EG use recycled bags

What is the purpose of art?

I think that art is a way for people to express themselves and have a non-violent way to express themselves and relief themselves on the burden they hold by painting. it is a way of expressing themselves and speak about their opinions without actually writing it on the internet and getting rekt by people saying their maybe hurtful comments. it is an escape from reality, creating a piece of art which u deeply connect with, speaking your heart through painting and having a vessel for your feelings and creativity at the time. Art to me is an avenue for expressing your feelings without getting corrupted or diluted by others opinions. It can also spark creativity for others and encourage people to make their own.

I think that public performances brings benefits to society. I hope that the people watching the performance would be inspired by the performance to think outside the box, not being afraid to have their own ideas and explore where others havent with technology or in any aspect of life. It can also be a recreational activity.

BUT i also agree that the performances dont have too much of benefit to the common man. You rarely have any sparks when watching the arts
