The company claims the drug LOY-001 may help slow down age-related processes for dogs that are 40 pounds or more. The drug has cleared many walls that show the potential for this drug to work. More milestones have to be passed before this drug can hit the market, but there are rumors that it could possibly be ready by 2026.

I personally would love this if it is actually effective. I have two golden retrievers, one that is becoming older. Dogs only live for a portion of humans lives, but we are there for all of them. I want more time with my dogs.

This winter has been substantially warmer than past winters. Over the summer predictions thought the winter would be cold and very snowy, but currently the average temperature has been in the 40 degree range. National Weather Services predict that this Christmas will have little to no snow. The El Nino will most likely strengthen later in the winter.

This makes me sad because Christmas hasn't felt the same since I was a lot younger and a good snowfall always makes it better. A white Christmas is much more enjoyable than a brown one.

President Biden offered sharp criticism of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s government on Tuesday, calling for a change to the approach embraced by Israel’s government — which Biden described as “the most conservative” in Israel’s history.

I think the US and other countries will continue to support Israel, although there are many people who are caught in the mix, Israel strictly warned Hamas of the repercussions of not backing down.

Lebron has received lots of backlash for his show at his sons USC debut game. Lebron entered the courtside seating area and proceeded to talk and sit through the national anthem. He also left his hat on and showed little respect for the flag.

Not a very good example, but I'm not surprised.

People on social media have complained about the inability to find a good job and or maintain keeping a job. "our country is in a recession, it'll blow over eventually." an influencer said. Additionally, on top of the struggle to find good jobs, going to college has become impossible for many students due to the insanely high student loan debt. Unless your job can truly pay off college expenses such as a doctor or lawyer, it is unethical to attend college, especially with technical colleges and other schooler options for much cheaper.

It is predicted that interest rates will continue gradually lowering going into 2024-2025. The federal reserve is in charge of the interest rates. This makes me suspicious because the FR is supposed to be non-partisan, but the ratio of democrats to republican is 22-1. I think that there are politics involved with the lowering interest rates because the democrats are feeling pressure right now with how the republicans are standing in the polls. I think they will temporarily lower the interest rates to "credit the democrats" and hopefully win over more votes.

This article covered how many pro-hamas protests right now are showing many signs of anti-semitism. Although many people may have good intentions at heart, there are many uneducated people standing for a terrorist group.

I agree that it is unfortunate and sad how many civilians on both sides have been killed, injured, or taken from their homes, but this war could end. If Hamas put their weapons down, Israel would stop. But if Israel did first, Hamas would annihilate Israel. It's sad because many are unaware of the mindset Hamas has. Their only goal is to wipe out Israel and destroy any religion that is not theirs. The most baffling thing is the protestors who hold signs such as "hamas for gays" or other signs, but these people aren't aware that they would be eliminated so fast in Hamas.

Hamas's overall goal is to create sympathy and forgiveness. They use hospitals and schools as human shields, and regardless of the countless warnings Israel gives to Hamas to clear out their civilians, they leave them there. Then many lives are taken. Hamas knows what they're doing, they don't care to protect their own people.
