The natives would be put on lower ranks because of the dark skin. This is the Hindu caste system.
The easiest way to solve this is to revolt against the system and change it, in the modern day change is happening but, at a very slow rate.

In India hundreds (if not thousands) of schools and collages claims to be disable friendly but, only 10-100 are actually disable friendly.

India's cast system is one  of the oldest caste systems.  This brings with it more than religious beliefs that lead to inequality but also ancient rivalry come into play. Clearly this is a new era, we need to change our thought regarding castes and live united.

Many people in India are disabled, so it is our duty to help them. India is the most developing countries, however while competing in the race to becoming a superpower, we forget our own people, our brothers and sisters, the disabled people. It is necessary that we help them out as well. More
