I advocate the use of a teaching style that takes full advantage of the online environment to allow learning to occur collaboratively by using multiple forms of communication within the learning management system.

    I would love to bring my 20 plus years of training instructional experience from the workplace into the classroom through obtaining a mentor and networking. My teaching philosophy is to embrace the diverse roles and responsibilities of faculty by accommodating the ever-changing learning needs of the changing student body. This approach can allow for a symbiotic relationship to take place between the instructor and learner for the mutual benefit of advancing emerging pedagogies.
