However, I practiced many time before recording it until I could improve a little. And

We didn't feel confident when speaking, so we tried to make it natural.
We improved our pronunciation, ease of expression and confidence.

it is interesting and very fun to share our experiences with other people, carrying out activities like this helps us increase our vocabulary as well as our comprehension and communication skills. It is important that we know that we can carry out a university project and it does not necessarily have to be serious, we can have a lot of fun doing it. The laughter was not lacking!

We investigated more on the topic of “Fitness and Wellness” and managed to enrich our knowledge. Learning about the importance of physical and mental health impacted us a lot and being able to investigate how to have a healthier life. Together we reflect on the bad habits that we can change into good habits. For the three of us it was a space for great learning and new knowledge that we hope to be able to apply and continue applying in our lives.
