One night he got extremely drunk (happened a lot) it was not safe to be home so i packed a bag and my friend picked me up. Never saw my father again. This event taught me he would never change for me or my brother.

Believe- I am never going to be enough for anyone.

Action- It is really hard for me to trust people, especially men i can feel really uneasy around them. I cut people out of my life for little things and i overthink a lot about friendships and relationships. 

Result- I have cut out a lot of people from my life that i shouldn't have. I overthink about every little thing I do because I have so many doubts about myself and self-worth. This has caused me to have a extreme  amount of anxiety

Believe- I believe I will never be stuck in a bad situation, I have a way to go wherever when I need to. I am able to drive to school, work, and see my friends. 

Action- I found a job that i love and made great friends. I started going to the gym and being able to do more things I enjoy. 

Result- I feel independent. I can drive my brother to his football practices and help my mom out when she needs it.

I found my passion and felt a sense of achievement every time i stepped on the field. 

Believe- I am really passionate about soccer and good at it. 

Action- I play soccer whenever i can. I found out my coworkers play at the park next to our job so I started playing with them every week. 

Result- I am able to free my mind when I play and it brings me a sense of joy every time.

Believe- My mom is finally getting the love she deserves. She will finally be happy with a loving and supportive man. 

Action- I feel so relived now because my mom was always struggling with self worth. I now have a even bigger family. 

Result- I feel safe knowing that everyone in my home is happy. I am so grateful for my stepdad because he has stepped in the role of being a parent to me and my brother as well. I overall just feel so safe and loved by him.

While we were in her car even though we barley knew each other we both told our complicated life story's. I mean we told each other every detail after knowing each other for barley a month. I have never felt so comfortable with someone. 

Believe- I am enough and I know I have someone who will be there for me no matter what, I am never alone. 

Action- Anytime I feel stressed out or I feel alone i will reach out to Danielly. She will always reassure me and we hangout all the time. 

Result- I feel safe having her as my best friend. I know i am never alone now.
