Honesty i am good at being honest and i think that this is a good skill to have because if you make a mistake you should be able to tell someone without lying like if i make a mistake i would tell my teacher so they can help me correct my mistake

Hard working i am hard worker witch means when i have a task i make sure i get it done witch is good because in some work places you might need to work fast so that you get your work done so being able to work hard will help me when i get a job in IT

Following instructions i am good at following instructions which is a good behavior to have when working in IT for example in IT you need to follow instructions so that you don't make a mistake

Team work i am good at team work because if your don't work as a team it could take longer to finish your work if your don't do your part in the team then you could slow them down if your if you have a project then you should have different people on different parts so you can get you project work done faster

time management I'm good at managing time i make sure that my work done on time and i help people if they need it so they can complete the work on time too . And to make sure that all of my work is done so i can move on to the next task.

What I did this week in college. I made a leaflet in IT and in Mechanics finished making a Tool

In maths I learnt about paying bills and in English I had to read out my poster and about local attractions and how much it costs what ages what you can do there.

What I did to improve my areas for improvement. Practise my maths at home so that I can get better at it so I can improve at west tests and move up a level.  Better time management made a schedule so that I know what I need to do that day and if I have any spare time then I can use it to do Tasks that I didn’t do that day or didn’t have time to do that day.

3 challenges I faced this week. Making a Tool in mechanics.

Trying to concentrate in class and not get distracted.

Trying to get up for college in the morning on time.

My dead line is next year because that's when i want to retake my math's exam and i need to practice because I'm not good at math's so next year i need to be better at math's then i am now and when i retake the math's exam i need at least a pass.

step2- I need to improve on my time management so i can make a schedules when i make a time table i would improve this by looking a what i do so so i can make deadlines.

step 3- I need to improve on not losing focus if i don't lose focus when i can get my work done on time

step 4 -I will need to complete my Vocational access course to move onto level 2 so i can go onto a full course in mechanics i can do this by attending college and getting full marks on my tests.

step 5-To pursue a career as a mechanic choosing the right courses is crucial for gaging the necessary skills and certifications. Depending on whether your focusing on area general automotive mechanics or a specific are (like diesel motorcycle or heavy equipment mechanics) here are some key courses i might consider.

step 6-I would need to focus on building connections to help me find jobs in the car industry i would do this by attending industry events joining mechanic groups and connecting with professionals on platforms such as linked in.

step 7-i will need to build a portfolio to show my mechanic skills and experiences such as righting down what I've done that day and photographing what I've fixed that day on cars and what my achievements are and updating what my feedback is from my tutors.
