   You can work as a professional gamer in Seoul.

   Seoul is only 35 miles from the border with North Korea.

   The song Gangnam Style has a statue.

   The Seoul subway has tracks made of gold, silver, and other precious metals to reduce static electricity and keep the system more efficient.

   Seoul has an artificial island called Some Sevit, which lights up at night and changes color with the weather and seasons.

   At Hongik University, students are expected to be *creative, proactive, and tech-savvy. 5. what are your personal expectations.

   OU expectations for Korea and Hongik are to learn a lot about the local culture, travel extensively, and meet people from all around the world.

We chose to live in an apartment through Airbnb, me and Anna Júlia. We opted for this alternative because we want more freedom, comfort, and the experience of living like locals in Seville. Additionally, this allows us to have friends over and have our own space to study and relax.

Curiosities about Seville

Seville is a fascinating city, full of history and culture. Some interesting facts I discovered:

• Flamenco: The city is one of the birthplaces of flamenco, and there are numerous tablaos (flamenco venues) where we can watch live performances.

• La Giralda: The iconic tower of Seville Cathedral was originally a Moorish minaret and is now one of the city's landmarks.

• A Hot City: Seville is known as the "oven of Spain," with very hot summers. I'm already preparing for it!

We will be studying at Loyola Andalusia University, a private institution known for its modern and practical approach. The Business Administration program has an international outlook and allows students to combine their studies with other areas such as Economics and International Relations. This really interests me, as I want to expand my knowledge and have a versatile education.

Additionally, the university has partnerships with various companies, which could be a great opportunity for networking and professional development.

Academic Expectations

My academic expectations are not only to learn about business administration but also to improve my Spanish and challenge myself to study in a new environment. From what I’ve researched, the study pace requires dedication, but there is also room for extracurricular activities, which I find exciting. I want to take advantage of academic events and meet people from all over the world.

My Personal Expectations

More than just studying, this exchange program represents a great opportunity for personal growth. I hope to:

• Travel a lot around Spain and other European countries;

• Get to know new cultures and learn other languages besides Spanish;

• Visit museums and historical monuments, such as the Alcázar of Seville and Plaza de España;

• Make new friends and create amazing memories;

• Experience the local gastronomy, especially tapas and gazpacho;

We’ll be in Freiburg, Switzerland—a bilingual city (French and German) with a mix of history, culture, and a vibrant student atmosphere. It has an old funicular that runs on wastewater and scenic bridges connecting the city. But our classes will be in English.

Osnabrück is a historic city in northern Germany, with around 160,000 inhabitants. Known as the "City of Peace" for being one of the locations where the Peace of Westphalia was signed, it blends historical charm with modern infrastructure. The city is well-connected with efficient public transport.

• History: Osnabrück played a key role in European history, being the location of the Peace of Westphalia in 1648, which ended the Thirty Years' War.

• Nature: The city has many parks and green spaces, such as the Osnabrück Zoo and the Teutoburg Forest.

• Culture: Osnabrück offers cultural events like festivals, theaters, and markets, especially the Christmas market.

The University of Osnabrück offers various programs in Social Sciences, Humanities, Business, and Law. The university is known for its interdisciplinary approach and research programs. There are also English-taught courses, especially at the master's level.

5. My Personal Expectations

I expect personal growth as I adapt to the new culture and education system. I aim to gain more knowledge in my field, make new international friends, and take the chance to explore the city and Germany.

2 - Krems is located in the Wachau Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for wine production, local traditions, and outdoor activities like hiking and cycling. It’s also close to Vienna, making travel easy.
3- I will study at IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems, which is recognized for its international focus and practical teaching style. My program will help me develop skills in innovation, management, and leadership, combining theory with real business experiences.
4- The university expects students to be proactive, independent, responsible, and ready to work in multicultural teams, always improving communication and critical thinking.
5- I hope to improve my independence by living alone, learning how to manage daily tasks and responsibilities. I also expect to improve my English through classes, conversations, and meeting people from different countries. Personally, I want to challenge myself, grow in confidence, and prepare for future international opportunities.
