I can apply what I learned in this quarter in many ways, most especially in teaching other people about it. For me, the best example for this is sharing what I’ve learned to people that has interests in learning it. Sharing what I’ve learned to my loved one and to my fellowmen what I’ve learned can be really useful especially in the topic of genetics and digestive system. One example of it as well is I can be mindful about it especially in the topic of digestive system. I now know that I need to chew my food slowly and clearly so that the food will digest easily.

To the teachers that taught us this quarter, thank you! Even though it isn’t the best quarter, we still managed to finish it. The lessons were very wall taught and easy to understand. Once again, a bi thank you po to my teachers not just for this quarter but the whole school year as well.
