From a discussion with Jason the key points are:

- TOs are not part of DPR process.
- After the observation the Observer and Observee complete the form and agree the outcomes / guidance
- The Observer sends a copy of the form to Jason (and to the Observee) and then deletes the form from their system/email.
- Jason uses the forms to identify any Dept. wide training needs and uses these to communicate with L&D.

Good practice quiz for Academic Conduct - needs to be embedded in skills module. Need proof students have been informed of the key issues.
Communication - is this working for everyone, plus student emails. SM dealing with students querying information. Need to be cautious about content. 
Lots of information coming out about processes. Need a repository for the main information that comes out.

GC. - concern over exam questions no longer relevant in new modules. Second date needed to confirm question.
SB - students on MSC are amazing and engaged. Some changes to the coursework in the future. Amanda suggested employment module might fit better in semester 1? Maybe move the GPD module.  
MA group - Applied Resourcing - students happy with content. 4 hour block is very tiring but useful for applied skills. 
GC - perfect opportunity for linking coursework. ND we can look at this in the summer. SB - wants to see a whole map of the  course.
ND - need more Course level assessment.
DI - timetabling a concern for module. ND - we need to reflect on this. Optional modules need to run at the same time.
GC - applied knowledge and formative assessment are going well. 
ND - Applied L&D - going well and problem based learning and presenting in week 11. Org change projects - challenge of combing topics and issue of writing assignment in line with clients. 
Inclusivity - key HE issue. Need to consider nature of questions and making them more inclusive. 
MA STUDENTS appreciate timing of the assessment.
Recruitment - numbers are down for PG and UG. Need to think about conversion of UGs to be around 15%. Need to engage with local schools and colleges for UG students.
Need to organise a meeting with marketing to resolve these issues. NW action.

If assessment is changing which impacts on Prog spec it is classed as major changes.
MID changes on KUALI deadlines is 25th Feb.
CDs accreditation status needs to be checked.
UG COURSE REVIEW - Need to start thinking about self-evaluation in lead up to request for course reviews. Employer feedback, alumni, student feedback, CQEM issues. Need to create a shared folder on OneDrive to help pull details together.

·         Diane (ACO) will propose how to embed Good practice of academic conduct quiz in skills modules and to discuss how this might have impact on MIDs (indicative content, formative/summative assessment?)
·         Course review preparation should start planning, course team can work on various aspects of Self evaluation documents (competitors analysis, CIPD benchmark, CQEM analysis, employers and Business Advisory group’s input in our curriculum, alumni and current students’ feedback to our course).
·         all MID changes need to adopt the MIDs checklist and consult with CDs before any changes to take place.
·         PGHRM changes-please see the separate email I just sent to you and Michelle for the team to look at the criteria of changes they would like to propose.
·         Please invite me to future PG Dip course team meetings as I am the module leader for M09HRM.    I would also welcome invitation to PGHRM meetings as the AHOS.  Thank you.
