If time could be built in for a district personnel to build the needed content that would be great. I know over the summer science teachers were hired to build some canvas content, so something like that. I have seen this work in CTE we have specialists and I personally have leaned heavy on mine. I'll shoot him an email that says what I plan to teach in the next few days and he'll build a canvas page for me.

Not having in person meetings kills the support of colleagues. Having interactions that are work supporting and social at the time is maximizing our time. For example, an in person faculty meeting every other week that allows teachers to visit but also hear what is working for someone and then we could also share struggles so others could offer potential solutions.  We can use the auditorium for social distancing ;) In person faculty meetings would also improve communication cuz we know teachers aren't reading all the info sent out.
