The toasts taste very creamy of the mayo and egg. It fun when I chew ebikko as they pop in my mouth. I love mayo egg with ebikko and cucumber toast.

I also made smashed avocado with pickled betroot toasts.
My mom loves to eat this way as in Australia she used to have pickled betroot with hamburger. She said it make the hamburger yummier as it adds sweet and sour to the taste.
