Skytrain)&nbsp;<br><br>Improves connectivity, allowing passengers to reach their gates faster and more easily. This improves passengers satisfaction and provides a smoother experience<br><br>- Safe and Seamless travel experience ( eg. Biometric Immigration Clearance)&nbsp;<br><br>Helps to manage the crowd and speeds up the process (check in, immigration, security check)<br><br>- Good retail, food offerings and facilities ( eg. a large variety of duty-free shop/butterfly gardens)&nbsp;<br><br>Airside retail experiences have an impact on travellers. Good retail and food offerings will often encourage passengers to arrive early to relax, browse and eat before departure, lowering last-minute panic and helping flatten out peaks.<br><br>- Design of infrastructure ( eg. kinetic rain drop)<br><br>Attracts more tourists and helps to increase revenue<br><br>- High safety and security standards ( eg. The airport is prepared to respond to accidents and emergencies within and around its premises in under 3 minutes)<br><br>Safe and reliable aviation safety and security, passengers feel secure when travelling.
