Instead, I've given certain students some envelopes with questions at the start of class. They are able to anticipate when and what they will be called on, and can even check with me ahead of time in class so they can get more confidence when sharing their answer to the whole class. Expert - The teacher gives students individual problems to solve. If a student struggles, the teacher can help.
