Response-I think this image shows what most Americans think of when they think police violence. They think of riot shields and armored cars against defenseless protesters. However know one looks into the verbal abuse these officers are berated and heckled with trying to push them over the edge.

Response- I think this quote can maybe help understand the mindset of police while on duty. I think police have seen and know the true dangers out there and truly want to protect their communities. I think some would say that they don't need protecting but wouldn't last 5 minutes on their own or doing police work
