         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like my tests to have a variety of questions. I prefer open ended questions  but find that a few multiple choice help kids feel a sense of pride when they can find an easy answer. I feel each assessment is an opportunity to continue their thinking about a subject so the deeper the thinking the better as far as I am concerned.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I struggle with assessments. I very often follow the content delivery and then test the unit. On my tests, I use mc questions, vocab and short answer. I have started to include more primary source document questions, along with charts and graphs and photograph based questions like my kiddos will see on the EOCs.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't have too many tests in my classes.  A lot of what I do is more project-based learning.  But, those assessments I do give are some multiple choice, matching, and constructed response.  In some classes, there are also lab tests where the students actually have to demonstrate a method of sewing, cooking, holding an infant, etc...</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I like the idea of the question added but am not quite sure how I would utilize it. For my class, it might be worth a couple bonus points but with the English standards, I'm usually look for a very specific skill which would be covered in the "test" (most of my tests are not actual tests). I try to make my questions meaningful to show if they're learning the content that we're focusing on. </div>]]></description>
