Do not monopolise the chat. Let the other person express his / her ideas. 

Take your time to give a polite opinion about the topic you are talking to the person.

Be on time, time is important not only for you but for the other person as both might have other activities to do or attend.

Always try to use polite languange and listen carefully what the other person is talking about.

On eating time, suggest politely a couple of dishes you think might be a good idea but let the other person choose what he or she wants.

If she arrives after you, be ready to set the chair for her. Show that you have great politeness.

Lastly, propose you would like to see that person again.
