         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Feedback:</div><ul><li>Some peers did not engage with their peer leaving some teachers feeling as though the process did not work</li><li>Coach allocations need to be made clear</li><li>Coach should make contact</li><li>Some really enjoyed the ownership and using this system to track and log their CPD to support reflection on practice</li><li>Once shown, the majority were fine to use the new system</li><li>Clearly some glitches with the system, one staff member was on my allocated staff as a coach, but does not appear on the whole LLDD staff page, although sometimes he also disappears from my allocations (JM)</li><li>A suggestion for next year would be making observation of peer compulsory?</li></ul><div>&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div><br></div><ol><li>Reflective peer and coach selection form to come from one source (Charotte Moruzzi) so when it comes back, all the selections are in one place and ready for allocation.&nbsp;<br><br></li></ol><div><br></div><ol><li>Resolve the issue of CMs not being able to see allocated coachee if it hasn't been resolved already.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br><br></div><ol><li>CMs and LTEs/TLCs to consider how the reflective peers pair up, there were quite a few issues with the process this year: some people were left without a partner, doubled up, or ended up working with people who they were aware would not be helpful for their own process. I think more consideration needs to go into the initial pairing up process. One idea is that TLCs should not pair up initially and CMs/LTEs could suggest who the TLCs work with.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br><br></div><ol><li>To have a very short (one page) graphic document/poster that shows each step of the UO process and the timeframe (deadlines etc) expected from start to finish. It could be like a flow chart, but very simple and just basic details so we can re-send and re-post it at every stage and staff can refer back to it and know where they are and what comes next. We could use the ones from Mine's booklet and perhaps have them displayed in all the staff rooms.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br></div><ol><li>To give clear guidance as to when evidence should be uploaded and guidance on how many pieces of evidence are expected. The same with blog posts. This could be added to the graphic process poster to show expectations at each stage.&nbsp;</li></ol><div><br></div><ol><li>Include the screencasts for Phase 1, 2 and 3 on the Hub- they are in Mine's booklet but it may be useful if they were in the T&amp;L section separately too so staff can find them easily</li></ol><div><br></div><ol><li>Do some training on how to write reflective blogs- not to dictate staff how to do it but to give them ideas on how one can reflect and what it could entail.</li></ol>]]></description>

Clearer accountability needs to be given on not complying with admin tasks.
