He had an overcoat that kept wearing and tearing. Instead of throwing it away. Joseph decided to use the coat for other things like handkerchiefs and scarfs. I loved the stories pictures!
Age/Audience- 1st-5th. This is a great book to teach an Elementry child that we can be resourceful and reuse items instead of just throwing things away.
Possible Teaching Point: It would be appropriate to use this book to teach about recycling! You could also use it to introduce picture walks to younger audiences.

Although she isn't alive during the books, she is a huge part of the story. She recorded tapes to send around to the people who she blames for her decision. The problem is, each person is required to listen to them all, and if they don't, she will have someone release them to everyone in the community.
Age/Audience: 11th-12th. This is a very intense story line, so I would only recommend it for older readers.
Possible Teaching Points: This would be a great book for older children to act out in a skit.
