Threat- Medium
The threat of industry rival is currently quite low as Graze has established itself in the healthy snack market as the leading brand with high diversity of products, over 100 items. Therefore, competition is relatively new especially as Graze offers a deliver to your door service and personalisation of boxes. These involve a subscription service that creates customer loyalty. Although some companies such as Nutbox offer similar products therefore are becoming more popular however, they do not provide the home delivery service.

However, there is a high potential future threat within the ' better for you' (New food, 2019) snack range as people continue to look for convenient ways to snack healthily. There is also the threat of other food delivery companies where people could pick a meal instead of snacks.
