Sweet Pudding is a product based homemade, which means the we made the pudding at home and sell it at university and also provided a delivery to our customers. Sweet Pudding thinks our products are more appealing to our competitors because we put the time, high quality and effort in making our pudding taste great and look great too. We make our pudding with loves, clean and put the high quality.

The product we decided to sell is pudding. Our pudding comes in various flavors such as chocolate, honeydew, strawberry, and fruit, and all our customers enjoy it. Each pudding is priced at only RM2.50.

Three benefits of Sweet Pudding are affordability, variety, and convenience. They pride themselves on being reasonably priced, offering a variety of options, and providing personalized service. They also use their Instagram page for interaction, promotions, and updates, building a community around their delicious goods.

Sweet Pudding reaches out to customers through various channels, including Instagram, booths, pop-up events, and collaborations with neighborhood establishments. They consider student friends and faculty and staff at UNIMAS as special groups for whom they make their delicious treats with love.

The company's expenses are transparent and efficiently handled, using premium ingredients, renting booths or sales areas, marketing materials, operating costs, and event participation fees. The foundation of Sweet Pudding's revenue streams is a simple but efficient model, with the sale of their mouthwatering pudding at RM2.50 per piece being the primary source of revenue. Special flavors or limited editions add variety and generate additional revenue. Sweet Pudding is open to joint ventures or partnerships to generate extra cash, fostering innovation and teamwork, ultimately achieving overall success in the dessert market.

Our group first started with the start-up modal of RM220.15 and our first sales for the week came out to a total of RM150, which means we have a profit of -RM70.15 for the first week. We started selling the pudding with RM3 a piece for our pudding. There are 5 flavors of our pudding available in the 1st week.

For the 2nd weeks of business, the cost of our business is RM37.75 which is a lot smaller than the 1st week as we still have leftover resources from the 1st week. The sales for our 2nd weeks is RM132.5, which makes a profit of RM75.50. During the second weeks, we started selling our pudding at RM2.50 a piece for our pudding. And there is also new flavor available which helps us to gain more sales. We started selling in the FEB Lounge where tables are provided for students to help with their MPU3222 course.

3rd weeks of business, the cost came out RM19.25, as we are still trying to finish our stock before buying new resources to avoid waste. The profit for our 3rd weeks of business is RM98.25 which is a lot more than the 1st and 2nd weeks. The sales that we gain from the 3rd weeks is RM117.5 which decrease a bit as we stop selling caramel pudding as it takes a lot of effort to makes and require more resources compare to other flavors.

The 4th weeks of business, which is our last day of selling pudding, we Sweet Pudding open a booth at Detar Putra, UNIMAS, for the Karnival #UNIMASPRENEUR 2024. We brought our most popular flavors to the carnival and the limited edition flavor in limited quantity to the carnival which is Soya Bean. We splurge a little bit during this 4th weeks, because we expect a lot of customers to be coming to this Karnival #UNIMASPRENEUR 2024. The cost for weeks 4th is RM98.65 with a sales of RM157.5. The profit that we gain for this week is RM58.85.

The total profits between this 4 weeks off business are RM162.45 after minus the projected costs for the 4 weeks of business. The net profit after minus the total profit of RM162.45 and the start-up cost of RM200.9 is equal to -RM38.45 which equal to the Return on Investment(ROI) of -19.14%.

Chelsey - Undertaking a business in selling pudding for a provides a hands-on learning experience for me. I have the opportunity to apply concepts from the class to real my group business, this helps me to figure out on solving situations, gaining practical insights into marketing, finance, and operations. Running this small business, there are some challenges that my members and I face during the selling period. Especially on customers feedback. On our first selling week, we encounter problem from customers, that are saying that pudding price at RM3 is too expensive. We solve this problem by changing the price to RM2.50 and the container to something more deep to resolve our customers feedback. Tackling these challenges has test my problem-solving skills and resilience, contributing to my personal and professional growth. Other than, it has been a lot of fun doing this business and I am grateful for this opportunity to learn more in depth about handling and the hardship of owning a business, thanks to MPU3222 Foundation of Entrepreneurship Inculturation, and of course thank you for your guidance Miss Azuriaty, for you has been pushing us to target more than RM100 profits and to come out of our comfort zone and to use the knowledge that we gain in class and apply it into our business.
