Navigating the technical aspects of AI tools or ensuring smooth international collaboration sometimes required extra effort and flexibility. However, seeing the sparkle in my students' eyes when they unearthed a piece of digital heritage or successfully completed a collaborative task made every challenge worthwhile.

My students' response to the international collaboration was particularly striking. Despite initial hesitations, they quickly embraced the opportunity to work with peers from different countries. The mixed teams fostered a sense of global community and helped them develop invaluable communication, empathy, and teamwork skills in a real-world context. They learned to appreciate diverse perspectives and found common ground through shared project goals.

It transformed what could have been a traditional history or culture lesson into a dynamic, hands-on investigation. I believe this project taught my child values about different cultures. I think he is good in a social sense because he said that he once attended a meeting for a project and met people from schools in another country. Collaborating on a Cultural Heritage Detectives project has been an incredibly enriching experience for me as a teacher as well as for my students.

I myself have learnt so much about our partners´cultural background, working with AI was a challenge for me, but I may say it worked well for our project purposes.
