I am so thankful for this wonderful experience and can’t wait to meet my team and my students.

My question is, at what stage do you report a student to a parent regarding a bad behavior? Do you report immediately or after several warnings?

I have some concerns about incorporating technology in the classroom, especially since we're transitioning from traditional chalk and blackboard methods. While YouTube tutorials can be a helpful starting point, I worry that they might not be enough to fully prepare teachers and students for this shift. Are there any workshops or training sessions available at school to help us effectively integrate technology into our teaching and learning practices? I think additional support and hands-on training would be beneficial to ensure a smooth.
